THE LANES at Pub Lane

The Lanes Boutique Acreage Subdivision

“The Lanes” boutique residential acreage subdivision off Pub Lane, New Beith was constructed by RDS on behalf of QM Properties.  The development encompasses seven stages, providing 120 lots, starting from 2000m2.

Construction dates were staggered to allow for the release of earlier stages as well as the ongoing construction of future stages.  Construction began with stages 5 and 6 which were completed concurrently, with stages 1 through 4 and the basin to follow,  all started with staggered dates but were constructed concurrently.  

Stages 1-7 included works such as bulk earthworks, all civil works and service installations including internal collector roadways, external road widenings, concrete structures, water, sewer, stormwater and electrical installation, landscaping, bio retention basins, retention basins, pressure reducing valve pits, residential power and communication services.  

Basin works included large scale dewatering of a 200 million litre dam, earthworks, stormwater works,  bio filtration works, concrete structures and landscape works.
