Stockton Close, Residential Subdivision

The 14 lot residential subdivision at Stockton Close, Carindale, was constructed by RDS on behalf of PARC Properties/ BriStar, after having developed a close working relationship on previous developments.  

This subdivision consisted of reconfiguring one large residential lot to 14 smaller lots, varying in size between 408m2 to 621m2.  The works in this project included all bulk earthworks as well as all civil works and service installations including internal roadways, water sewer, stormwater and electrical works, concrete retaining walls, significant landscape remediation, residential power and communication services.  

Stages 1 to 3 of this project were constructed concurrently.  The site providing some unique challenges such as the project being divided through the middle by a natural watercourse.
