Residential Subdivision

Nevada Residential Estate by KDL Property Group, was completed by RDS after developing a strong working relationship from working together on previous projects.

The residential subdivision, which runs off Chambers Flat Rd, consists of 80 lots ranging from 400m2 to 550m2.  Works for this project included bulk earthworks as well as all civil works and service installation including internal roadways, water, sewer, stormwater and electrical works, retaining walls, bio retention basins, retention basin, landscaping, fencing, residential power and communication services.  

The project also required the removal of large amounts of dense vegetation and contaminated waste.  As part of the development conditions, the project required extensive stormwater retention works which included the construction of PE lined bio retention basins, custom manhole structures, surcharge pits and insitu culverts.
