RDS Civil Engineering is a family-based company, spanning three generations, with over a decade’s experience specialising in Civil Infrastructure and Land Development. RDS have a stable history of continued growth within the civil construction industry. Our work in infrastructure and development has involved a variety of large scale developments and projects. The last 15 years we have been busy developing Master Planned Communities throughout the South East QLD corridor for high profile companies such as Delfin, Lend Lease, Fiteni Homes and QM Properties.
RDS has been the Principal Contractor on Master Communities such as:
- Lend Lease (Springfield Lakes) – services included recreational amenities, all civil works, infrastructure, approx. 5200 Lots, pontoon works, culverts, aerial sewers,
- Lend Lease (Fernbrooke) – multiple stages
- Delfin (Woodlands) – multiple stages, main road upgrade into the development,
- Delfin Forest Lake – multiple stages Inc. approx. 700 lots, community amenities
- Thornlands Road – Thornlands 200 lots
- Cedar Forest – Jimboomba QM Properties Acreage Community
- Ropley Road Wynnum 250 lots including upgrade to Wynnum Road
- Maridale Park Estate Capalaba – 14 Stages 350 lots
RDS have also successfully completed bridge construction, surveying, sewer, water and electrical reticulation, road upgrades, pre-cast retaining walls, design and construction of bike passageways, trunk sewer/water mains, recreational amenities for the local community including civil works for Primary and Secondary schools, sporting venues/oval.
Our confidence in our ability to deliver projects successfully in the current market is largely attributed to our capacity to access a large resource pool within our own Company and abroad.
