Since RDS was first established as CS & BF Gurney over 40 years ago, we have become a leader in Earthworks and Development, particularly in our specialist area of subdivisional works. In particular, over the past 15 years, RDS has been involved in the development of multiple Master Planned Communities in the South Eastern Queensland Corridor, working for many high profile companies including Delfin, Lend Lease, Fiteni Homes and QM Properties. In partnership with these companies, we have helped to establish high-quality residential lots on time and within budget.
Over the past 40 years, we have developed over 15,000 lots with works including:
