Montana Estate at Logan Reserve comprises of 93 residential lots delivered across three stages.  As a multiple stage residential subdivision Stage 1 & 2, consisting of 59 lots, were constructed concurrently with stage 3 currently under construction.  

This project consists of reconfiguring 3 rural residential lots into 93 residential lots of varying in size from 400m2 to 800m2.  Works on this project include bulk earthworks as well as all civil works and service installation including collector roadways, water, sewer, stormwater and electrical works, retaining walls, bio retention basins, retention basins, landscaping, fencing, residential power and communication services. 

Previously 3 rural residential lots, and currently surrounded by similar such properties, the collector roads surrounding the project site had to be widened as part of the development conditions.  Furthermore, the existing stormwater drainage system had to be upgraded.  All external works were completed under live traffic with all traffic controls in place.
